The row style buildings of East Street were built in the 1930's. Valley Mortgage Corp. owns two of the three buildings - for a total of 20 units. In the mid to late 1990's, Valley Mortgage performed extensive remodeling on both of their buildings to include the following amenities: wall-to-wall carpet, modern kitchens, laundry facilities, gas heat and central air-conditioning. Our remodeled buildings embody the architecture of the 1930's as well as the modern single-family style living of today. A fifty dollar water allowance is included in the monthly rent.
